Week Six Tutorial

I realised today that perhaps acting isn't a career path I should follow, nor is filming as easy as it looks! We had the chance to go out on campus and put our filming skills to the test. I was lucky enough to be paired with Alex who made my filming easier, as he was quite a good actor. I filmed first and just did a couple of simple shots. I started off with a long shot, and my final shot panned in on his face. Alex filmed me afterwards, and he has quite a bit of experience in filming, so there was a lot of things he did differently and he really focused on his angles a lot more. It was good to be paired with him as I was able to learn a little bit about angles and why they are important. I haven't got much experience in editing, so I am excited for next week so I can learn how to put it all together!
